@lazarus07- as far as I understand it, this serves as a backbone and aptly titled Animation Script. If you are looking for a screenplay, (which have the "action" written in the present tense and the "dialogue",lines the characters speak) sorry,we are not there yet.
The big difference between a live action script and one for animation is writing the action descriptions. These have to be very clear and concise so that the animator illustrating your script knows exactly what to draw. Animation scripts are an integral part of developing Animated films. They describe which character animations to play and when to switch between animations. These scripts are often written in text editors which can be an error-prone task since there are multiple variables and conditions that needs to be understood, and text editors gives no indication of how animations are linked together.
The genesis of this Animation script stems from discussion inputs so much so that the historical content and the "flashback" treatment were fruits gathered by the script's author in order to make them useful for this community project. The author who is also a Literary Professor of the best school in the Philippines justifies the insertion of comic characters as relief.(On a personal note: They, the comic characters, could also reflect how most of us treat history.) As a relief, they are a way of reaching out to a larger and younger audience of Animated films. Think of Grade 1 pupils; then think of a very violent event- do they go together?
Hope I help.
