We now have to organize all the inputs pertaining to the Battle of Mactan. What were the circumstances that leads and influence the result of such event? If I am going to build a Movie what would be the basis of my story? If I am going to create a character, whose mirror should my creation look at? If I am going to present communities, what society do they live in? What culture spells them? If I am going to depict a scene, whose point of view should I use?

For this I would like to organize the overwhelming Information into familiar and easily defined folders:

1. Setting- This folder should have the geographical maps, informative land elevations, Period Architecture, Vessels of Transportation, including Flora and Fauna.

2. Society and Culture- This folder is a reference of the clothes they were, the food they eat, drinks, terms of Faith, languages of Understanding.

3. Characters- We should at least describe the major characters accordingly, so that the veracity of our models may shine without speaking.

4. Documents- Scripts and Screenplay, Meetings that we had, Persons involved, Process and Methods of creation (textures,materials,programs), Index of Images. This is actually how it was conceived, how we developed it, how we could finish it. It should also include a Strategic Plan and As-Built Documentation.

Only four. Simple yet powerful.

great. :D then well be using those as reference for our doodles and models :)...
