@dalski101

hmmmm.. can you give us details on how the teaching works?
what I mean is.. hmmm, I'm just wondering how do you do things in blender like proper measurements, etc.. Of course I know something a little about using the proportion etc. Most people here (in my place) use Google Sketchup or Autocad, just wondering how does Blender worked for you. Is there some kind of migration, etc etc..

thanks in advance.

I use Blender not only for my personal interest but also as a professional Architectural and Interior tool., which requires models to be properly scaled and measured. There are no strict Blender rules about this but if you wanted to have a basis for all your measurements, the formula is:
1 blender Unit = 1 cubic meter or 1 cubic foot or 1 cubic centimeter and so on. If you are working on an area and you want to fit it in a given workspace using a 1:25 scale, all you need to do is figure out a simple 1:25 proportion.

Another is if you wanted to see the measurements. In other 2d softwares the dimension value is always revealed with a click. Same is true with Blender. The command process is :

Edit mode> F9> Mesh tools more > enable Edge Length

This reminds me to finish my abandoned tutorials.

Sana makatulong.

salamat po!
