My desire to make an animation returns after seeing everybody here making animations. So I decide to make one. Just a simple one maybe just to see how animating works. This would be my character to animate:



Not textured and not rigged yet and I may decide to make modifications. Hoping my fellow PBUGers would lend their hands.

I made a prop for her:



I will be making a room for her to live on.

Some updates: I had blocked out what the room looks like.



the box would be a shelf and the cylinder is the chair.

I have linked my chair and shelf. I also started on the window Looking good.

More. Just finished the side table and toy chest. Also do more work on the window. I also started on deciding the decorations like toys, curtains, cushions, etc. Going to start on the bed next. Also have to rig the character and make experiments. It seems that I'm doing more job modeling that animating so have to do that.

Also rigged my character and trying it out now. I will try to make a walking cycle animation of here just for practice and getting to know blender animation. By the way I decided that my animation would be something like a music video. I think of using "Somewhere Out There" song that I heard from the cartoon "An American Tail" . I like that song. It starts like this:

Somewhere out there beneath the pale moon light.
Someones thinking of me, and loving me tonight.

What do you think? (Oh no lip sync)
